Walking delights!

Hotel Los Olivos has a unique location being directly adjacent to the outstanding beauty of the natural park of Sierra Tejeda. Walking tracks have been established by mules and goats over the years - back and forth over and around the mountains. This means that on any day you have the choice of a fantastic range of walks straight out of the hotel - all levels of walks are on your doorstep.

Around and about

 There are plenty of things to do, places to go, if you choose not to walk every day. Visits to Granada or the spa town of Alhama - both within reach by local bus with low cost fares. Torre del Mar is the nearest coastal resort with a beautiful Paseo Maritimo and of course restaurants, bars and shops.

The pretty unspoilt mountain village of Alcaucin is under a km. from the hotel and amongst other interests has purportedly the best fresh water in the region and people come for miles to fill containers at the fountains.
